Requirements for prior experience
Don't do this class if you have any injuries. It's good to have some experiance from tabata or kettlebells.

The class consists of
- Warm-up using your body weight
- Intervalls using tools. The class varies every time, always a new workout!
- Kettlebells, bulgarian sandbags, bodyweight movements, treadmills, TRX, ropes and a lot more
Place and equipment
- The class is held in the gym
- The music is the same as in the gym
- All equipment is available at the class
