Spinning is efficient, and fun cardio workout! The technique is simple and anyone can join no matter how fit or unfit you are. You decide the effort level by regulating the resistance of the bike.

Cykel Watt

These workouts are choreographed, and the choreography is the same in all classes. For six to eight weeks all the instructors will teach the same class in terms of intervals, theme and tempos.
