This is Fysiken’s own tough interval training class with tools and stations where you train both cardio, functionality, persistence and strenght in an inspiring way. Our instructors will guide you through longer AMREP-intervals.

The class consists of

  • Warm-up
  • 5 minute AMREP intervals (As Many Reps As Possible). Workout in your own pace. 
  • Differens equipment is used
  • 5 stations with 3 elements (12 rep, 8 rep and cardio) in each station. 
  • Suprises/Challenges
  • Contains challenges and surprises
