Yoga is based on creating a flow between the movements and breathing. You train your strength, mobility, balance and mental presence. Yoga is also about body awareness. The movements occur in both static and dynamic and has its origins in the physical yoga traditions. Every yoga instructor has its own focus so the classes offer a great variety of yoga exercises.
