My yoga is deep, traditional and safe. My mission is to help people get closer to themselves and to find confidence in yoga as a method to reach their full potential.
I have studied and practiced meditation with Casimir Amon, a buddhist monk and Josef Abadi, a yoga teacher since 2000. I have also studied and practiced buddhist meditation at Forest Monastery Wat Suan Mokkh, Dharma Hermitage in Thailand under two silent retreats. My own practice, the last 20 years contains of meditation, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bikram Yoga and Power Yoga.
